To say that Sugar Blue Burlesque has changed my life for the better in so many ways is such an understatement. Go to a show, take a class, book them for your hen’s party. You won’t regret it!

I have been doing classes with sugar blue for a year now and I've never been involved in a more inclusive and supportive dance environment. There is such a variety of styles, level of progression and locations. Everybody is welcome no matter your experience, body type or gender. If you've been wanting to give a new hobby a go or burlesque specifically I'd encourage you to join a sugar blue class. They run for 6 weeks and you get to perform what you've learnt at the end of the course (if you want to). I've made some amazing friends through these classes. I can't recommend them enough!

At the ripe age of 28, I took my first ever dance class through Èlan Dance and I have been hooked ever since!It’s suitable for beginners, those who danced when they were younger or those who just want a fun method of exercising!Rita, who runs the show, has this amazing energy that makes you want to show up for yourself. I’ve also danced with all the other instructors and they’re patient, inspirational and make every class a positive one.It’s easy to get to know people within the class as everyone is very supportive and warm. There’s no need for perfection, just have a go and there will be so much improvement within weeks of visiting.Starting dancing with Èlan was one of my best life decisions. It’s helped with my fitness, confidence and mental health.

My daughter has been with PCDA now for around 3 years and has absolutely flourished. The team is highly skilled and really supportive of each other. My daughter does Circus, Aerials, competition lyrical dancing, contortion, acro and is in the dance step program helping teach the the little kids. I would highly recommend this school.

Showtime HMS has been a favourite place for my daughter since she was 3yrs old, a place where she has made some lovely friends and enjoyed fun filled Acro & Jazz classes. The staff are amazing with each and every child, promoting inclusion and having a positive impact on the kids, enabling them to love to move and be active. We highly recommend Helen & her team to anyone looking to start their children in dance or performing arts!!

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They have a great range of classes and the people who take the classes enjoy taking them. I would definitely recommend this place
